Studio Fees and Costings

Studio Class Fees- Individual class fees can be found on our timetable.

Tuition- Tuition is charged weekly to your invoice. Your enrolment with us will continue each week unless we are notified by email.  Over the Christmas school holidays Groove Dance and Cheerleading will close for a couple of weeks for the Christmas and New Years period where tuition will be paused. 

No Registration and enrolment fees 

Payment Method- All classes except ZUMBA and Adult Open Classes.

Auto-Pay (direct debit) is one of our 2 payment options available for our dance classes and one of the reasons we are able to offer affordable dance classes. All students sign up to AutoPay to complete studio and class enrolment. Our Second option of payment is the Active and Creative Kids Vouchers. No cash payments are excepted.

Payment Method- Adult (Open Classes) and Adult bub and child friendly: 16years old and above.

No registration or enrolment fees.

Casual class and 10 class passes available.

Active and Creative Kids Vouchers- We are registered providers of the Active and Creative Kids Vouchers and they can be used for dance classes once you have enrolled with our studio. 

Unlimited Dance Class Discount- This discount can be used for classes on different days students dance not just on the same day. Ulimited Dance can also be the same class on a different day.

Per Student- Pay for your first 3 dance classes each week and receive any class after that for $1

Per Family- Pay $45 per family a week and $1 per class. There is no limit to how many siblings can 

receive this discount. 

**CONDITIONS APPLY**

Both discounts per student and family cannot be combined.

Payments must be direct debited using Auto-Pay.

Online level up classes cannot be used as the first 3 classes you pay for per week but

are free for students who receive our unlimited discount.

Rehearsal fees- Our rehearsal fees are outlined in our concert books so you are able to know all concert costs prior to our concert. 

Costume Costs- We lend the costumes the studio supplies at concert time at no extra price to your class fees.

· All our costumes will be set up organised and ready for students at full dress rehearsal, our concert and photo day.

· You are not able to keep the costumes you will instead lend them and return them to Groove.

·Detailed information on on costumes will be outlined in the concert information.

Make Up Dance Classes-   

If an enrolled student is absent from their weekly class, you can arrange a make-up lesson through our website by booking into a classes free trial section.

Groove Dance Community Events- Included in students weekly tuition we offer fun events for our students to participate in. Students are invited to join us at events like open days, movie nights, art workshops etc. This is fun inclusion as part of our make up class options.
